Request for flight delay or cancellation certificates


1.Principle of booking: the first applied would be served first.

2.Sales channel: Call Center of Beijing Capital Airlines(+86 89895375)

3.Sales time limit: not less than 48 hours before departure

4.Applicable tickets: international tickets on 898 stock

5.Applicable routes: international routes of BCA on the wide-body aircrafts

6.Seats and expenses: passengers with baby will be reserved only one seat that can accommodate a baby cradle without extra charge. For the rest accompanied passengers (amount is not limited) can be arranged seats at the nearby back row without extra charge.

1. Infant passengers from 14 days old to under 2 years old.

(1) Capital Airlines allows one adult to carry one infant on board; Capital Airlines allows a maximum of two infants to be carried by one adult if the parent, guardian or designated caregiver provides a child restraint device approved by the board.

1) The child restraint device can be properly secured to an approved forward-facing seat or sleeper.

2) The child can be properly fastened in the restraint device and does not exceed the weight limit specified in the device.

3) Power assisted child restraints, horse field child restraints, strap child restraints and knee restraint devices shall not be used during takeoff, landing and ground movement.

(2) Passengers with infants in arms and passengers with infants in seats shall not be issued emergency exit seats.

(3) Passengers with infants should be placed in a seat with a redundant oxygen mask.

(4) Infant passengers should be seated next to accompanying passengers (not across the aisle).

2. Children over 2 years old but under 12 years old.

(1) Each adult passenger may be accompanied by a maximum of three children under the age of 5, or a maximum of two children under the age of 5 and an infant, or a maximum of one disabled child; There are no restrictions on non-disabled children between the ages of 5 and 12.

(2) Children under the age of 5 and disabled children under the age of 12 are not allowed to fly alone.

(3) Children shall not be given emergency exit seats.

3. Passengers aged 12 or above but under 14.

No emergency exit seats will be issued under the age of 15.
