1.Principle of booking: the first applied would be served first.

3.Sales time limit: not less than 48 hours before departure
4.Applicable tickets: international tickets on 898 stock
5.Applicable routes: international routes of BCA on the wide-body aircrafts
6.Seats and expenses: passengers with baby will be reserved only one seat that can accommodate a baby cradle without extra charge. For the rest accompanied passengers (amount is not limited) can be arranged seats at the nearby back row without extra charge.
1. Infant passengers from 14 days old to under 2 years old.
(1) Capital Airlines allows one adult to carry one infant on board; Capital Airlines allows a maximum of two infants to be carried by one adult if the parent, guardian or designated caregiver provides a child restraint device approved by the board.
1) The child restraint device can be properly secured to an approved forward-facing seat or sleeper.
2) The child can be properly fastened in the restraint device and does not exceed the weight limit specified in the device.
3) Power assisted child restraints, horse field child restraints, strap child restraints and knee restraint devices shall not be used during takeoff, landing and ground movement.
(2) Passengers with infants in arms and passengers with infants in seats shall not be issued emergency exit seats.
(3) Passengers with infants should be placed in a seat with a redundant oxygen mask.
(4) Infant passengers should be seated next to accompanying passengers (not across the aisle).
2. Children over 2 years old but under 12 years old.
(1) Each adult passenger may be accompanied by a maximum of three children under the age of 5, or a maximum of two children under the age of 5 and an infant, or a maximum of one disabled child; There are no restrictions on non-disabled children between the ages of 5 and 12.
(2) Children under the age of 5 and disabled children under the age of 12 are not allowed to fly alone.
(3) Children shall not be given emergency exit seats.
3. Passengers aged 12 or above but under 14.
No emergency exit seats will be issued under the age of 15.
1. Flight Schedules
1.1. Beijing Capital Airlines will make every effort to transport passengers and their baggage in a timely and reasonable manner, in accordance with the published schedule in effect on the date of travel.
1.2 The flight schedule or other sources may provide information on flight times or aircraft types, but these are for reference only and are subject to change between the time of publication and the passenger’s actual travel. Beijing Capital Airlines does not guarantee these flight times or aircraft types, and they do not form part of the carriage contract between Beijing Capital Airlines and the passenger.
1.3 Beijing Capital Airlines shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the timetables or other published schedules, unless such loss is caused or contributed to by intention or gross negligence. Beijing Capital Airlines shall not be held liable for any interpretations made by its employees, agents, or representatives regarding departure or arrival times, dates, or flight status.
1.4 Before confirming a flight reservation, Beijing Capital Airlines will inform the passenger of the current scheduled flight times. These flight times will be displayed on the passenger’s ticket. It is possible that Beijing Capital Airlines may need to change the scheduled flight time after the ticket has been issued. In such cases, Beijing Capital Airlines will notify the passenger of any changes to the flight schedule using the contact information provided by the passenger. If a passenger is unable to accept the change in flight schedule made by Beijing Capital Airlines and Beijing Capital Airlines is unable to arrange an acceptable alternative flight, the passenger may be entitled to a refund in accordance with the Involuntary Refund Policy.
2. Flight Cancellations and Changes
2.1 Beijing Capital Airlines reserves the right to modify the aircraft type or flight route, cancel, disrupt, postpone, or delay any flight without prior notice in the following circumstances, and shall not be held liable for any compensation:
(1) In order to comply with the provisions of national or regional laws, regulations and government rules and other normative documents; or
(2) To ensure flight safety; or
(3) Other reasons beyond Beijing Capital Airlines’ control or not able to be foreseen by Beijing Capital Airlines.
2.2 If a flight operated by Schedules Airlines is cancelled, delayed in departure, fails to provide the passenger with their reserved seat (or cabin class), fails to stop at the passenger’s stopover or destination, or causes the passenger to miss connecting flights that were already booked due to any of the circumstances outlined in Paragraph 2.1, Beijing Capital Airlines shall provide assistance to the passenger with involuntary changes or refunds in accordance with Paragraph 2 or 3, while considering the passenger’s reasonable requirements.
2.3 In case of any changes, delays or cancellations of flights, Beijing Capital Airlines will take all necessary actions to prevent any losses caused by delays to the passenger and their baggage. Beijing Capital Airlines shall not be held liable if all necessary actions have been taken or if it is impossible to take such actions.
2.4 Services for Irregular Flights
2.4.1 Economic Compensation
Flights occur irregular situation in abroad, economic compensation shall be implemented in accordance with international conventions and local laws and regulations.
2.4.2 Meals, Accommodation and Transportation
2.4.2.1 Due to reasons caused by Capital Airlines, flights may be delayed or cancelled at the origin. Capital Airlines will provide passengers with free meals, accommodation, and transportation costs for round-trip accommodation and hotels at the airport based on the actual situation.
2.4.2.2 If the flight is delayed or cancelled at the origin due to reasons other than Capital Airlines, Capital Airlines can assist passengers in arranging meals, accommodation, and transportation between the airport and the hotel, and the cost will be borne by the passenger.
2.4.2.3 In the event of an alternate flight, or a delay or cancellation at the stopover, regardless of the reason, Capital Airlines will provide passengers with free meals, accommodation, and transportation costs for round-trip accommodation and hotels at the airport based on the actual situation.
3. Involuntary Changes
3.1 If a passenger on a Beijing Capital Airlines flight is required to change their ticket due to reasons attributable to Beijing Capital Airlines, Beijing Capital Airlines will consider the passenger’s reasonable needs and take one of the following actions:
3.1.1 Change the passenger’s ticket to the earliest available Beijing Capital Airlines flight at no additional cost;
3.1.2 Endorse the passenger’s ticket to another carrier at no additional cost, provided that both the receiving carrier and the passenger agree.
3.2 If a passenger on a Beijing Capital Airlines flight is required to change their ticket due to reasons not attributable to Beijing Capital Airlines, Beijing Capital Airlines will consider the passenger’s reasonable needs and take one of the following actions:
3.2.1 Change the passenger’s ticket to the earliest available Beijing Capital Airlines flight at no additional cost;
3.2.2 Endorse the passenger’s ticket to another carrier based on the applicable general conditions of carriage and the ticket terms and conditions, provided that the ticket is endorsable, and both the receiving carrier and the passenger agree. The passenger bears full responsibility for any additional fare or tax expenses.
3.3 After the passenger confirms the new flight and completes the procedures for involuntary ticket change, any additional requests for ticket changes or refunds due to personal reasons will be handled by Beijing Capital Airlines or its sales agent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the new ticket.
3.4 Unless otherwise stated, in the event that a passenger cancels their reservation or misses their flight for reasons not attributable to the carrier prior to Beijing Capital Airlines announcing any irregularities, such as delays or cancellations, Beijing Capital Airlines or its sales agent will process the refund or ticket change in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ticket. If a passenger has already completed the voluntary refund or change process prior to Beijing Capital Airlines announcing any irregularities, the fee paid for the change or refund will not be refunded.
3.5 In the case of a connecting flight, if a passenger is unable to complete the entire itinerary within the agreed time due to a change in one or more segments, Beijing Capital Airlines, as the Contracting Carrier, will provide assistance to the passenger in reaching their final destination or the agreed stopover.
3.6 In the event that a passenger on a connecting flight is required to make an involuntary change to their ticket, the situation will be addressed in accordance with Paragraph 3 of these Conditions.
3.7 Multi-segment tickets for non-connected flights purchased separately by passengers belong to different transportation contracts for each segment. If any segment or multiple segments of the Beijing Capital Airlines flights are irregular, the Beijing Capital Airlines tickets affected by the irregular flights will be handled according to the Paragraph 3 of these Conditions. Changes to other normal flight tickets must be processed by the contracting carrier according to the conditions of ticket use, and the incurred costs are to be borne by the passengers themselves.
4 Involuntary Refunds
4.1 In the event of flight cancellation, delay, early departure, rerouting, change in class of service, or carrier’s inability to operate the planned flight, involuntary ticket refunds will be processed in accordance with the following provisions:
4.1.1 If no portion of the ticket has been used, a refund will be issued for the paid fare and taxes without charging refund fees;
4.1.2 If a portion of the ticket has been used, the applicable fare and taxes for the used segment shall be deducted from the paid amount, but the amount refunded shall not exceed the paid amount, and the balance shall be refunded to the passenger without a refund fee.
4.2 Unless otherwise provided, involuntary refund of connecting flights,shall be handled in accordance with Paragraph 4.1 of these Conditions.
4.3 Multi-segment tickets for non-connected flights purchased separately by passengers belong to different transportation contracts for each segment. If any segment or multiple segments of Beijing Capital Airlines flights are irregular, the tickets for Beijing Capital Airlines with irregular flights shall be handled according to Paragraph 4.1 of these Conditions. Refund procedures for other normal flight tickets must be handled by the contracting carrier according to the ticket usage conditions.
1. Luggage Compensation
1.1 Liability for compensation
1.1.1 The carrier shall be liable for destruction, loss or damage to passengers’ carry-on items as a result of the incident on the civil aircraft or passengers’ getting on or off the aircraft. The carrier shall be liable due for destruction, loss or damage of checked baggage caused by accidents during the air transport. In case of destruction, loss or damage to the carry-on items or checked baggage due to entirely natural properties, quality or defect, the carrier is not liable.
1.1.2 Loss of the passengers, baggage due to delay during air transport, the carrier shall be liable; however, if the carrier proves it or its servant or agent has taken the necessary measures in order to avoid losses, the carrier is not liable.
1.1.3 In case that it is proved that the damage was caused or contributed to by the fault of the claimant (including but not limited to the passenger himself/herself) , the Capital Airlines may be wholly or partly exonerated from its liability in accordance with the extent of the fault that caused or contributed to such damage.
1.1.4 The Capital Airlines bears no liability for any damage arising from the Company`s complying with the relevant laws or government regulations, orders or regulations or any damage caused by the passengers` failing to comply with such laws or government regulations, orders or regulations.
1.2 Standard for compensation
1.2.1 Warsaw Convention is applicable to the country which is a member of Warsaw Convention but not a member of Montreal Convention; Montreal Convention is applicable to the country which is a member of Montreal Convention but not a member of Warsaw Convention; Montreal Convention is applicable to the country which is both a member of Montreal Convention and a member of Warsaw Convention; If it does not fall under the international air transportation defined by the Warsaw Convention and the Montreal Convention, Capital Airlines shall bear compensation liability in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Montreal Convention.
1.2.2 Warsaw Convention: For the transport of registered baggage and cargo, the carrier's liability to baggage or cargo shall be limited to 250 francs per kilogram unless the shipper has declared the value at the time of delivery and paid the necessary surcharges. For items kept by the passenger, the carrier`s liability for each passenger is limited to 5000 francs.
1.2.3 Montreal Convention: In case of destruction, loss, damage or delay of baggage during transportation, the carrier's responsibility is limited to 1288 special drawing right per passenger unless the passenger specially declares destination delivery interests and pays a surcharge if necessary when submitting baggage the carrier. For compensation for checked baggage, in the absence of sufficient evidence of purchase invoices and other proofs, the limit is 46 SDRs per kilogram.
1.2.4 If all of the passenger`s checked baggage is lost, the received excess baggage fee shall be refunded.
