Request for flight delay or cancellation certificates

1.Principle of booking: the first applied would be served first.

2.Sales channel: Call Center of Beijing Capital Airlines(+86 1095375)

3.Sales time limit: not less than 48 hours before departure

4.Applicable tickets: international tickets on 898 stock

5.Applicable routes: international routes of BCA on the wide-body aircrafts

6.Seats and expenses: passengers with baby will be reserved only one seat that can accommodate a baby cradle without extra charge. For the rest accompanied passengers (amount is not limited) can be arranged seats at the nearby back row without extra charge.

According to the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP), minor passengers under the age of 18 (excluding) to Saipan must provide relevant documents. The specific requirements are as follows:

Parents or both sides are accompanied by:

The original certificate of birth must be carried. If a birth certificate is not available, a household registration book with a provable parent child relationship is required.

Non parents are accompanied by both sides:

1. it must be accompanied by a guardian with a power of attorney.

2. In the letter of authorization, the guardian requires guardians to undertake guardianship of the minor. The letter of authorization is the original letter of authorization issued by the Chinese notary public, and the letter of authorization must be in English.

3. carrying photocopies of parents' passports;

4.Without accompanied by a guardian the minor will be refused to enter;

At the same time, the passenger will also check the relevant documents when the passengers are on duty procedures. If they do not meet the requirements of CBP, they will refuse to carry them directly. If we violate the relevant provisions of CBP, we will bear the consequences accordingly.

Based on current market demand, Beijing Capital Airlines has designed a Branded Fares model specific to China domestic flights. Branded Fares will contain 4 types of economy class fares, different fare products will include different meal, baggage and other services rights. The Branded Fares Products will be implemented from 8th March 2019 (sales period); 31st March,2019 (Flight Departure Time). Hence, Beijing Capital Airlines will stop serving free inflight meal for most branded fare product in economy class(except latitude class) on domestic flights in China starting from March 31th ,2019. And Beijing Capital Airlines only sell Y cabin class ticket on domestic flights in China of this website.
